If I order the wrong size can I get a refund or exchange?
As all of our customs are made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges so please be sure of your size before placing an order.
What is your turnaround time?
Our turnaround time for orders is
3-4 weeks. If you are looking to place an order with us, but need them for a specific date, please get in touch with us via email or Instagram DM to discuss.
How would I know if my order has been shipped?
You will receive a dispatch confirmation via email to notify you that your order has been shipped which will also include your tracking details.
