Our turnaround time for orders is 3 to 5 weeks, depending on current workload. If you need your order by a specific date, please reach out to us via email, WhatsApp, or DM us on Instagram, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
It's very simple when you add your item to the cart and click on "Continue to payment", select your payment method, which are Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation via email once your order has been shipped. This email will also include your tracking details.
Since all of our customs are made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please ensure you're certain of your size before placing an order. However, if you accidentally order the wrong size, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, and we'll do our best to assist you.
